30% revenue from subscriptions for content you do not host is not how Apple should charge Spotify. It would be different if Apple hosted the music that Spotify streams but they do not.

Restrictions on how to inform people about subscription signups outside of the iOS app is anti competitive and petty on Apple’s part.

It is time for Apple to admit that large and small developers are not the same and that there should be different pricing policies for different apps on the iOS app store.

One size fits all is not a very good way to do buisness and for a company that places so much value on quality it is striking that they are willing to allow the quality of their user experience degrade just so they do not have to change some one size fits all policies.
