My problem with most productivity gurus/blogs/books is that they (rightly) focus on how to get productive for your work. I don’t need that. I need to learn how to be productive in my home time.

Yesterday was lawn care day. Mowed, raked, and seeded the front lawn. Hopefully, this means that my lawn will finally be a green lawn in a couple of weeks.
This post by @jamesshelley about online communities and future generations rebeling against them got me thinking about Sci-fi movies and stories and the lack of any social media or online community in them.
Reently the only things that I’ve had delivered are my Blue Bootle coffee subscription and Cotton Bureau t-shirts. I am okay with this development. I do want to buy less stuff overall and save more money.

Why do some websites want to make my mouse cursor into a fun, interesting, thing that is not a mouse cursor? It always throws me for a loop because I can’t figure out which part of the not mouse cursor mouse cursor is the part that I need to click to use a link.
